The route to Leng Trio is through Griff Cliffs. Enter the Griffin Cliffs via rope from Maus level. Head to the southern edge of the map, then into the dungeon looking area. Follow the route east and north until air hexes. Just north of the air hexes you will find a blood portal room. Jumping on the blood portal will transport you to fight two of the 3 members of the trio.
