Location: Axe Glacier
Req's: Iron Ore, Yttril ore, and a Moonstone ring. 
Iron ore location: Can be found on surface of Axe
Yttril ore location: Can be found off Trogg or -3 Kes and beyond via Kes
Moonstone ring location: Axe Giant Or Rare drop in Upper Glacier -> Doom Caves -> Axe UD
Silvermoon is located in Axe just south of the portals.
At night, put the moonstone ring in your right hand, and enter the portal.
Drop the Iron Ore and Yttril at his feet, and say: "s, craft greataxe".
Congratulations! You now are the proud owner of an SGA. The exit is located at the fire hex behind Silvermoon.
