on the 5th hit it does a death blow, which does an extra 420-640 dmg for me currentlyI think the dmg is, at least partially, determined by skill (and strength) as the upper end keeps climbing
on the 10 hit it does a death blow, which does an extra based on skill level

on the 4th hit after a death blow, it procs a double hit (I think of it as a dual wield hit).  I believe it essentially is a x2 for whatever your dmg roll was on that round
on the 6th hit does an AOE named aftershock

on the 2nd hit after a dual wield it procs an aoe, which does 20-25 dmg to 4 (maybe 5?) other crits on the tile
on the 3rd hit does 1.5 damage attack which does 20-25 dmg to 4 (maybe 5?) other crits on the tile

Here is the only route that does not need any conc'd out walls. And it's pretty similar in efficiency anyway.

Reward: Kimono, Robe Slot, +9 Strength, Combo's. This item at Artifact+ influences the Combo's you get and is required for DeathBlow. The quality of the gauntlet's are not a factor in it.

To upgrade it see: NG Upgrade Items This item combined with the MA Silver Gaunts unlocks amazing combo system.

it's all in addition to the hit, the number in green shows the dmg. I usually just count to 5 to keep track of Deathblow after I see the AE swing.
