The lightning storm that Duke gains when enraged makes him a less preferable option to Enrage, the Duchess' upgraded dragonbreath is easier to deal with, assuming your fire resistance is high - the general tactic is to try and sneak past Duchess to get into the Duke lair without the Duchess agro on you. if she sees you in the central area as you try and sneak past, it's fairly easy to use the terrain in the central area to break vision. Once you have the Duke alone, fight him until you get him to Severe, but do not kill him. When he is close to death, Duchess will at some point teleport into the Duke lair in reaction, but you may need to delay killing Duke for a while until the teleport triggers, or pull him out into the central area so she sees you. Once Duchess is in vision, finish off Duke to enrage Duchess and then kill Duchess.

Pair of Dragons located up a rope in the NW of Upper Valley

Lair has an open 'central' area with closed cave-like lairs in the NE (Duke) and W (Duchess, but she roams often into the central area too)

Duke is a blue dragon who casts 5x5 AOE concussion spells. When Enraged he gains the ability to breathe a 7x7 lightning storm

Duchess is a red dragon who casts a cone-shaped Firestorm. When Enraged she gains the ability to cast a 7x7 Dragonbreath Fire.

Each has a high chance to drop a green (uncommon) Keshma upgrade gem with a rare chance to drop a blue (rare) gem

When killed while Enraged, each is guaranteed to drop a blue (rare) gem with rare chance to drop purple (epic) and very rare chance to drop a legendary gem

In order to enrage a dragon you need to kill its partner within its vision. i.e. Killing Duchess while Duke is on the screen will cause Duke to enrage. When enraged the dragon art will change to a different model

Taking the corpses to the Tanner will make the Honor Gauntlets and the Valor Helmet - 2 items that when worn together by Knights or Thaums will grant the player a reactive 50 DR buff that lasts about 10 rounds.
