As you ascend the Surface Tower you will enter the middle floor. Its very small, but expect a crowded room of skeletons and curse casting banshees. Most notably though, you will find a HseponkNovice.

- Running back down the stairs wont prevent the HseponkNovice from chasing you. You will have to run to the water if you wish to escape.
