UK Princess Quest starts in Troll King's Palace in the jail cells below it.

Enter UK Town via Portal
Put your FF boots on and grab 50k Gold
Drop down to -200 Googog Jungle and Navigate SE to Googog Talk to Googog and get your Scroll. "Goog, Craft Scroll" Grab Scroll and recall back to town

Drop down to -300 and enter TK Palace
Enter and Clear out Elite Trolls (don't use Fire Storm)
Drop Scroll and Talk to Jail Keeper out side of princess Cell Type, "Near, craft princess" Escort Princess back to her father in the room adjacent to the Priest room
