You will find the Lake Guardian lair entrance to the northwest in the Languish Lakes. You will find a darkened path leading north and northeast. There is a water portal there that leads to a few more. At the end of the portal trip, you will find Thussia's Lair. Thussia stays on the hidden platform in the middle of the lake. They will do a knockback attack that throws you into the water. The water is filled with swarms of pirahana so quickly make your way back to land, then back to the platform.
