Keep of darkness -200 is a step up in difficulty from -100.
There are two dangers to this floor to be aware of. The first is duel death casting liches - they will blast you if are not ready. The other is that this floor has much larger zoo packs then -100. Be ready for more monsters to join the fray.
Most importantly - there is a town on this floor! It is accessible through the southern area hidden behind 2 doors. It is protected by the Reeve and has everything you need including balms, recalls and lockers.
