Part of The Librarian's Lost Necklace quest.
Found in the Crypts - roams the area. She loves casting concussion and breaking walls. Letting her free cast this will cause... problems.
To damage her you will need to locate the lost "tiger" necklace. This can be found in The Collector lair. Once you have the necklace; you need to hold it in your hand and step 1 hex away from her so she can "see" it. You cant just be directly on her tile with it in your hand.
